Responsibilities & Context:
Assisting with payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Ensure all operational licenses, permits and certifications are acquired, renewed and managed without disruption.
Overseeing daily administrative tasks such as office maintenance, supplies, and facilities management.
Overseeing compliance with food safety and labeling regulations.
Overseeing payroll software and timekeeping systems, ensuring their proper functioning and accuracy.
