Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGD or any professional degree in HRM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all types of HR & Admin associated duties and responsibilities, such as, Familiar & conversant with and have practical experience to work with:
∎ HR software including management of attendance Payroll system, compensation and benefits
∎ HR policies & Procedure Manual/ HR SOP,
∎ HR/ manpower planning,
∎ Time keeping system,
∎ Front Desk Management,
∎ Employee database with all related information,
∎ Organize and coordinate the official meetings, clients meetings, trainings, workshop etc.
∎ Evaluation of employee activities in order to calculate work load,
∎ Recruitment & Selection,
∎ Employees On-boarding activities,
∎ Management of Probationary employees,
∎ Performance Management and Evaluation,
∎ Training & Development,
∎ Organogram, Succession Planning,
∎ Employee Relation & Grievance Handling,
∎ Disciplinary Action & Processes,
∎ Employee off-boarding,
∎ Compliance, safety & security etc.
∎ Implement the core HR practices under company policy to ensure professional HR.

∎ Age at least 30 years
