• Job Context:

  Akhtar Foam & Mattress Industries Ltd. are sister concerns of Akhtar Group, leading Foam & Mattress Manufacturing & marketing companies in Bangladesh, seeks smart, dynamic, dedicated, energetic and target-oriented individuals to join our Sales team.

   

  Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit dealer showrooms to promote Foam & Mattress sales, address collection issues, and resolve other related issues.

  • Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the distribution network.

  • Build and maintain strong, trustworthy, and long-lasting relationships with dealers to ensure sustained business growth.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide feedback for business strategies.

  • Achieve Sales targets and ensure timely collections from dealers.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support promotional activities and brand visibility at dealer showrooms.
