• Job responsibilities:

  • Achieve 100% Sales & Collection target by proper planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating.

  • Ensure proper customer service (from customer received at Showroom to Sales closed).

  • Follow up products and ensure on time delivery.

  • Customer Management and Control (Prepare & maintain master database of customers, build up and maintain strong & trustworthy relationship with the existing and prospective customers)

  • Customer communications over phone calls.

  • Ensure proper Housekeeping, Product cleanliness and product merchandising/ display as per Planogram

  • Ensure proper customer satisfaction through proper customer service & After Sales service etc.
