Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGD in HRM will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: HRIS, HRIS/ HR Database Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Recruitment & Selection, Placement, Training & Development, Attendance & Salary Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Leave Management, Separation.
∎ Implement & follow-up KPI based Performance Management System for all officers, staff and workers.
∎ Addressing disciplinary issues and taking proper measures as per applicable law.
∎ Ensuring smooth relationship between management and staffs & workers. Mitigating any conflict in consultation with management.
∎ Drafting office note, memo, office order & circular relating to HR & Administrative issues.
∎ Monitor and track manpower requirements for different departments and ensure placement of best fit candidate in a timely manner
∎ Ensure compliance, local labor laws, and regulations in organizational practice.
∎ Providing creative ideas for increasing employee engagement and taking initiatives accordingly
∎ initiate to develop of different policies, procedures and practices to expedite project work from time to time.
∎ Generate reports for senior management as per their need for analyzing employee performance.
∎ Maintain liaison with govt stakeholders and streamline different processes.
∎ Looking after legal issues with the relevant stakeholders.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ HRIS, Database management, Expertise in Final settlement, HR Operations & HR Policies and Payroll Management.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
