Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Development Studies or any other relevant field from any reputed university with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (on a scale of 4.0).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop project proposals, budgets and donor reports with the support of relevant Sectors, Finance, and Friendship International network.
∎ Coordinate with Friendship International network, Executive Director and Sectors to identify and attract new donors and provide the necessary support to retain existing donors.
∎ Conduct research to identify goals, net worth, history of charitable donations, and/or other data related to potential donors, potential investors, and donor markets in general.
∎ Develop and maintain a database of potential local and international donors and partners and ensure proper follow-up

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have high proficiency in formal writing (English) and reasonable understanding of the local non-profit sector.
∎ Expertise in copywriting, proposal writing, budgeting, research or statistical analysis preferred.
∎ 2-3 years of relevant experience (fresher's are also encouraged to apply).For outstanding candidate(s), especially for those having strong extracurricular track record, the requirements may be relaxed.
