Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure accurate stock levels of finished goods.
∎ Oversee physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
∎ Maintain updated records in ERP/WMS systems.
∎ Plan and manage timely shipment of finished goods to buyers.
∎ Coordinate with the shipping and merchandising teams.
∎ Ensure compliance with buyer packaging, labeling, and documentation requirements.
∎ Organize warehouse layout for efficient storage and easy retrieval.
∎ Monitor space utilization and optimize inventory stacking.
∎ Maintain accurate records of goods received and dispatched.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for audits, customs, and internal use.
∎ Ensure that only quality-approved goods are stored and shipped.
∎ Adhere to buyer compliance protocols and factory audit standards.
∎ Implement safety standards for warehouse staff and storage practices.
∎ Ensure goods are protected from theft, damage, and environmental risks.
∎ Supervise warehouse staff including loaders, checkers, and forklift operators.
∎ Provide training on handling procedures, safety, and documentation.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock, dispatch, and space status.
∎ Communicate regularly with production, merchandising, and logistics teams.
∎ Work with ERP or inventory software to monitor warehouse activities.
∎ Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in digital systems.
