∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ B.Sc. in Civil/Electrical Engineering or Diploma with strong experience.
∎ Training in Industrial Safety, Energy Management, or Green Building (added advantage).
∎ Preferable Public University.
∎ Candidate should have IEB Membership

∎ Age at least 25 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure routine and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, generators, boilers, compressors, HVAC, water supply, and plumbing.
∎ Supervise servicing of lifts, fire safety systems, sub-stations, ETP, WTP, and lighting.
∎ Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
∎ Lead minor infrastructure projects, machine installation, and layout modification in coordination with production and planning.
∎ Maintain all engineering drawings, facility layouts, and asset documentation.
∎ Well Experience on CAD design software.
∎ Ensure all engineering practices comply with building safety codes, fire safety, and compliance audits (e.g., Accord/Alliance, Social Audit requirement ).
∎ Support corrective actions related to electrical safety, chemical storage, and environmental compliance.
∎ Guide and supervise technicians, electricians, plumbers, and maintenance personnel.
∎ Ensure availability of required tools, equipment, and spares for timely maintenance.
∎ Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and utility consumption data.
∎ Prepare monthly reports on machine downtime, energy usage, and maintenance KPIs.
