Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reduce Actual Consumption & Fabric Wastage
∎ Reduce Fabric Residual.
∎ Reduce consumption to Purchase fabric for repeat order.
∎ Increase shipment % without purchase extra % of fabric.
∎ Guide the cutting to improve coasted consumption by 1.5%.
∎ Guide merchandisers to use residuals on a weekly basis by forecasting based on actual consumption.
∎ Guide merchandisers about purchasing fabric within tolerance of consumption & analyses to reduce cost for flow contract.
∎ Monitor and report fabric consumed as directed by Merchandising to cutting based on forecast.
∎ Fabrics cut in correct ratio to ensure that goods are shipped without having left over.
∎ Guide Cutting dept. on Fabrics utilisation to achieve the required qty /with improvement 1.5%
∎ Monitor cut to ship to ensure that cut to ship are within 99% of cut.
∎ Very closely follow up as below point to realize actual scenario with actual reason of ALL contract & take action on time to reduce any last-minute disaster.
∎ FU'LIVE' for All styles
∎ Weekly issues of FU 'Live' with RM consumption overview
∎ Balance End roll information
∎ Weekly Forecast of running style with A/C Status of Completed order
∎ Weekly fabric reconciliation which completed (Style Wise)
