Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and supervise electrical teams across LPG cylinder manufacturing and bottling operations.
  • Ensure reliable operation of electrical systems for welding lines, presses, heat treatment, carousels, filling, inspection, and conveyor systems.
  • Manage power infrastructure including transformers, substations, DG sets, UPS, and plant-wide power distribution.
  • Oversee safety and protection systems such as gas leak detection, emergency shutdown, fire alarm, and safety interlocks.
  • Handle automation and instrumentation systems including PLCs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Omron), SCADA, HMI, and industrial networks.
  • Ensure compliance with hazardous area standards (ATEX / explosion-proof equipment) and LPG safety requirements.
  • Maintain statutory and regulatory compliance with PESO, OISD, NEC, BNBC, and relevant codes.
  • Plan and execute preventive/predictive maintenance, conduct root-cause analysis, and minimize downtime.
  • Oversee installations, commissioning, and system expansions and manage documentation to ensure electrical operations are safe and efficient.
  • provide training to support smooth operation and compliance with safety standards.
