Experience:

• Develop and manage color recipes to achieve accurate shade matching as per customer requirements.

• Conduct laboratory trials, approve dyeing formulas, and ensure batch-to-batch consistency.

• Use color measurement instruments/software for analysis and correction.

• Oversee dyeing operations, monitor parameters, and ensure adherence to approved standards.

• Optimize dyeing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Perform quality checks on dyed fabrics and resolve color-related issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of formulations, processes, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with production, quality, and lab teams for smooth operations.

• Communicate with customers regarding color approvals, corrections, and technical support.

• Research and implement new dyeing techniques, technologies, and best practices.

• Train and guide dyeing staff on shade matching, procedures, and safety practices.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
