∎ ACI Motors is looking for candidates with experience in tire industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. This includes setting objectives, identifying target markets, and defining sales tactics.
∎ Ensure overall Monitoring & operational activities of tire sales.
∎ Analyze and understand needs of all customers and align product licenses as per requirement.
∎ Coordinate with related departments/teams for existing products availability as per requirement of customers, arrange proper sourcing of new dealer.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients. Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ yearly strategic plan for increase sales.
∎ Monitor the sales team's performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Implement performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate and improve the team's effectiveness.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use this information to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
∎ Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to secure deals and agreements that benefit the company.
∎ Any other tasks instructed by the supervisor
