∎ Sound knowledge in product design & analysis
∎ Clear concept in Mold & Die design & manufacturing process
∎ Must have minimum of 2 years of experience as a mechanical design engineer
∎ Candidates from electrical switch and socket industries or manufacturing industries will be given preference

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Identify the needs of the company and integrate market research to determine the needs and goals of new products.
∎ 2. Conceptualize new product ideas by using Design Software to design prototypes.
∎ 3. Fabricate prototypes for testing and finalize those for manufacturing & mass production.
∎ 4. Test products throughout the design process to troubleshoot any potential problems.
∎ 5. Sample different materials, manufacturing processes (cost effective), design tolerances, assembly process and other factors to find the best ones that suit the new product brief.
∎ 6. Source raw materials, machines & tools for related working products and contact with supplier up to installation & trial production end phase.
∎ 7. Deliver product specifications with proper documentations and procedures to the production & QC team for production purposes.
∎ 8. Analyze existing products to identify areas for improvement and updating current documentation.
∎ 9. Develop quality control criteria and safety guidelines and ensure that all team members adhere to them.
