∎ Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Digital Marketing, Marketing, E-Commerce/ F-Commerce, Communications, Media Studies, Information Technology, or a related field.
∎ 5+ years of digital marketing experience in Education/ IELTS/ Course Marketing industry.
∎ S/he should demonstrate a proven track record in Content Management Systems, Web Design tools, Digital Marketing, Branding and Digital analytics tools, along with strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Content Marketing strategies.
∎ Professional Certification: Google, Facebook, WordPress, Drupal, etc.
∎ Training/ Trade Course: Analytics, insights, SEO and PPC.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns. Optimize and forecast live campaigns effectively hourly/weekly/monthly.
∎ Develop and manage website content to support the social media campaign across all social media platforms.
∎ Find and target audiences. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content and metrics to establish the effectiveness of online advertising according to the target audience.
∎ Prepare scripts for marketing promotion materials like leaflets, pamphlets, promotional videos, etc.
∎ Plan, develop and manage the company's social media channels and the company website and marketing databases.
∎ Design, Budget and manage the entire digital campaign department. This role will inclusively focus on Facebook advertisement with confidence for Image, Video, Carousel, Collection, Google Adwords, display advertising, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics & Webmaster Tools, managing PPC campaigns across Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, tictoc, WhatsApp, Yahoo and Bing, email & text marketing.
∎ Review and study industry movements and suggest strategies accordingly to maintain good relations with important stakeholders: ensure the company’s digital marketing is in alignment with company policy and also aligned with other premium stakeholders. Guide the digital content creator accordingly.
∎ Maintain excellent relationship with Media- Print, Electronic, & Digital alongside Major News Agencies of the country, leveraging to a favorable Corporate Image of the company as well as appropriate dissemination of information pertaining to the company and its operation.
∎ Grow the website traffic and enable digital presence and lead generation growth for the communication team. Collaborate with other working teams to create impressive result/ outcome -centred landing pages. Manage the workflow with every landing page through different automation channels.
∎ Review the brand message regularly to ascertain its consistency and develop a pragmatic and practical digital marketing strategy.
∎ Analyze and work with the company strategy of end-to-end consumer experience in different digital channels.
∎ Identify the latest digital technologies and current digital trends affecting the industry.
∎ Work with the Digital content creator on content creation, Video and Graphic design, Web development, SEO and distribution as, when and where required.
∎ Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Responsible for all written communications, including electronic and print communications, contributions to company publications, marketing materials, websites and others.
∎ Develop and implement a clear communications strategy which is consistent across all aspects of external and internal communications and which is integrated within the corporate communications strategy.
∎ Ensure effective publication of news in media. Manage the entire ecosystem for dissemination of company information to media and other stakeholders.
