Meghna Re-Rolling and Steel Mills Limited (MRSML), a concern of Meghna Group of Industries is going to establish a top-notch steel factory in Bangladesh with the latest European technologies and machinery having a production capacity of 1.5 million MT per annum. The vision of this concern is to produce world-class re-rolling products and billets which will meet the uprising demand in the local market and will also bring significant economic growth by exporting around the globe. We are encouraging competent and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager in the Electrical Department of Air Separation Plant (ASP). The position is responsible for planning, execution, and maintenance of all electrical systems of the Air Separation Plant (ASP) to ensure uninterrupted and safe plant operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, monitor, and maintain all electrical equipment installations of the Air Separation Plant (ASP) by preparing execution plans, supervising site activities, and ensuring compliance with technical standards to achieve safe, reliable, and timely plant operation.
Oversee erection, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems through close coordination with contractors, OEMs, and internal teams to ensure stable power distribution and uninterrupted plant performance.
Execute preventive, corrective, predetermined, and condition-based maintenance programs by analyzing equipment condition, operating history, and failure trends to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment life.
Prepare and manage yearly and monthly budgets and cost estimations by forecasting maintenance requirements, spare parts, and service needs to ensure cost control without compromising operational reliability.
Maintain electrical spare parts inventory with proper technical justification and record-keeping by defining critical spares, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring accurate documentation to support continuous plant operations.
Coordinate and maintain effective communication with other departments through regular meetings and joint planning to ensure smooth execution of maintenance and operational activities.
Ensure strong adherence to site safety policies and rules by enforcing electrical safety procedures, conducting safety briefings, and promoting a zero-accident culture at the workplace.
