We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in handling corporate accounts, managing solution-based sales cycles, and driving revenue from enterprise clients across industries. The candidate must have strong business acumen, deep product understanding, and the ability to communicate value to decision-makers in corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Find and reach out to corporate clients to sell hardware products like laptops, POS systems, barcode printers/scanners, MFPs, RFID, servers, PABX, UPS, and storage solutions.
• Build strong and long-lasting relationships with company executives, IT managers, and procurement teams.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Understand how clients buy products and offer solutions based on their budget, whether it’s CAPEX or OPEX.
• Manage the entire sales process, from identifying leads to presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and help grow overall company revenue.
• Keep CRM tools up to date with information about leads, follow-ups, proposals, and deals.
• Track and report key sales metrics, including pipeline status, win rates, and revenue.
• Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to make sure clients get the right solutions smoothly.
• Keep an eye on competitors and market trends to adjust your sales approach.
• Help with government or institutional clients when needed.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
• Good knowledge of selling to businesses (B2B) and selling hardware products, plus building long-term client relationships.
• Understand how big companies buy products, their technical needs, and how pricing works. Know about different budgeting types like OPEX and CAPEX, hardware packages, and basic ideas about SaaS (if applicable).
• Familiar with industries like banking, telecom, education, healthcare, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Skilled at making presentations, writing proposals, and closing sales deals.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate or enterprise sales, preferably in IT hardware or B2B tech solutions.
• Prior experience in handling key accounts, corporate clients, or government/institutional clients is a strong advantage.
