Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, and other relevant disciplines with a minimum CGPA 2.00 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognized institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute various activities & processes via internal and digital communication tools as per approved Marketing strategy.
∎ Utilize internal and external initiatives, publications and events to communicate and strengthen the corporate brand, including but not limited to newsletters, greeting cards, brochures, and other promotional and gift materials.
∎ Ensure understanding, implementation and proper adherence of Corporate Brand Guideline and monitor the usage and Brand in Communications across the group in line with Corporate Brand Guideline.
∎ Develop and drive implementation of Enterprises’ Communication Guideline.
∎ Plan, develop and execute Enterprises’ digital/ online marketing strategy to include online, news media, web, e-commerce and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to drive the business forwards through key marketing channels.
∎ Manage online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, email marketing, building the online community, attracting new customers, creating brand advocacy, and search marketing.
∎ Enhance corporate image in Digital, Social and News Media platforms and ensure that all marketing initiative in digital platforms is being executed effectively, cost-efficiently and as per priority.
∎ Customer Relationship Management over phone, social media, email and other channels.
∎ Manage the security and smooth functioning of digital assets such as websites, domain, hosting, social media and other accounts etc.
∎ Complaint Management and solving complaints with cross-departmental help
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
