Experience:
MBA in Human Resources Management.
PGD in HR will be given priority.
Should have experience to face Social Compliance Audit, Buyer’s Audit, ISO Certification Audit and 2nd party Audit such as SEDEX, FSSC, WCA etc.
Should have special training on “HR Compliance”.
Should have ability to face all types of External Audit independently.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules-2015, afterword amendments and Legal & Regulatory requirements that apply to the company`s operations.
Ability to identify risks, hazards identification and elimination.
Should have knowledge of Occupational Health and Fire Safety.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Meticulous in reviewing documents, processes, and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Should have knowledge of different Audit Standards.
Maintaining high ethical standards and promoting a culture of compliance.
Should be sincere, honest and punctual.
Ability to work hard and under pressure.
Should be sound in Stress Management & Team Work.
Should be experienced on KPI based performance evaluation.
Ensuring a company adheres to legal and regulatory requirements, both internal and external.
Creating and updating company policies, procedures, and controls to ensure implementation of regulations.
Creating and updating all documentations related to compliance issues and External Audits.
Regularly reviewing business operations, practices, and documents to identify potential compliance gaps and weaknesses.
Evaluating the company`s activities to assess compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Providing guidance and training to employees on relevant regulations, policies and procedures.
Ensuring proper process and keep records of occupational health and fire safety in daily operation system.
Investigating compliance issues, conducting internal investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
Communicating with regulatory agencies, external auditors, and other relevant stakeholders if necessary.
Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities, investigations, and resolutions.
Staying updated of all changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
