Job Context:
∎ GH Haewae Co. Ltd. 100% foreign owned, Manufacturer & Exporter of readymade Garment, requires to recruit following personnel immediately.
∎ Job location: CEPZ, Chittagong

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently facing related social, security, technical etc audits.
∎ Regular monitoring compliance issues.
∎ Preparing different policies, SOPs and it's implementation.
∎ CAP preparation and it's implementation.
∎ Ensure NIRAPON 90 days program and preparing document as well.
∎ Arranging regular training on relevant topics.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years' experience in renowned garments sector. Working experience with reputed brand, Higg FEM, SLCP, BSCI, WRAP, ISO, NIRAPON, RSC, Accord / Alliance guideline will get preference.
∎ Conversant with the Labor Laws, Labor Rules and HR policies especially related to Garments Sector.
