• Monitor and Maintain inventory levels (maximum/minimum/re-order) of stores items as per vehicle maintenance requirement and highlight requisition/ shortfall on a timely basis.

• Ensure timely arrival of spares for vehicle maintenance and proper receiving.

• Manage store for vehicle spares for smooth operation.

• Drive the identification and segregation of damage/rejected/non-moving or obsolete stock escalates for disposal.

• Monitor supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Analyze and prepare preventive and predictive maintenance plan for the vehicles.

• Ensure vehicle maintenance as per requirement and keep vehicle ready to run.

• Analysis and build cost effective way for vehicle maintenance.

• Keep all types of record related to workshop and store.

• Highlight and handle critical issues pertaining to vehicle maintenance and store operations.
