Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
∎ Familiarity with CMMI L3 documentation processes will be an added advantage
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skills in English, Software development life cycle (SDLC), Technical and Commercial Documentation
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Technical and Commercial Documentation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Technical and Commercial proposal for Software Development Solutions
∎ Manage Tender documentation preparation, submission & follow up
∎ Prepare MOU, NDA and master agreement for clients and strategic partners
∎ Be the custodian of all hard and softcopies of contracts and certifications
∎ Prepare periodic cash flow, budget, revenue forecast and cost summary reports
∎ Perform feasibility analysis & forecasting to prepare short/long-term business plan
∎ Maintain technical documentation of all activities for designated projects
∎ Manage regular invoicing and payment collection from clients
∎ Coordinate with finance and accounts regarding invoices and accounts receivables
∎ Coordinate with Business Development team and SW team as and when necessary
∎ Email communication with internal/external stakeholders
∎ Perform back office activities of Business Development as and when necessary

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional documentation with excellent speaking and writing in English is a MUST
∎ Excellent skill set in costing exercise, commercial proposal, NDA, agreement
∎ Adequate knowledge about the local ICT industry
∎ Commercial operation related experience in retail, corporate or Government
∎ Visionary intra-personal and inter-personal skills
∎ Good presentation and communication skills
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive package depending on the experience & capability of the candidate.
