Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, operations.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems that align with organizational goals and legal compliance.
∎ Prepare and manage the annual HR budget in alignment with organizational financial plans.
∎ Utilize HR analytics to drive data-informed decisions for workforce planning and operational improvements.
∎ HR Automation and Systems Management:Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS technologies and automation projects.
∎ Coordinate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HR technologies.
∎ Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
∎ Prepare and submit detailed internal and external HR reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and manage reporting requirements.
∎ Lead cross-functional HR projects and deliver strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
∎ Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies.
