∎ A) Processing Payment Notes: [i] Monthly, Quarterly & Lump Grants [ii] Liaise with Group Finance (GF) to ensure timely payments to CSR partners after processing of the payment notes.
∎ Sector-Wise Budget Planning: [i] Quarterly (Board Meeting) [ii] Half-Yearly (Bangladesh Bank Reporting) [iii] Annually (As Per Bangladesh Bank Guideline)
∎ B) Reporting: [i] Bangladesh Bank [ii] Camels [iii] SFU Reporting [iv] Others
∎ C) Visits: [i] Visit new projects (within and outside Dhaka) before placing for management approval to identify, assess and shortlist feasible proposals to be funded by the foundation. Prepare PPT of visit report. [ii] Visit foundation funded projects (within and outside Dhaka) from time-to-time with a view to ensuring proper utilization of funds. Prepare PPT of visit report.
∎ D) Drafting: [i] Drafting Of MoAs [ii] Drafting Of Policies [iii] Write-Ups For Different Publications E.G. [iv] Annual Report, Magazine, Etc. [v] Content For PR & Social Media
∎ E) Board Meeting Preparation: [i] Preparing Agenda [ii] Compliance Of Previous Board Meeting [iii] Preparing Board Meeting Memos (Including Ratification Memo) [iv] Preparing Power Point Presentation For Board Meeting [v] Preparing Budget (Financial Status Update Till Board Meeting) [vi] Drafting Board Meeting Minutes
∎ F) Project Supervision: [i] Proposal Collection [ii] Proposal Review [iii] Addressing SDGs [iv] Project Visit [v] Drafting Moa [vi] Drafting Press Release Related To The Project [vii] Drafting Social Media Content [viii] Collecting Report (Quarterly, Half Yearly, Monthly) As Per The Nature Of The Project
∎ G) Coordinating Internal & External Audit
∎ H) Event Planning & Execution
∎ I) Budgeting
∎ J) Monitor Peer Bank Activities
∎ K) Maintain Records And Files
