Requirements:

Skills Required: Architectural Design,Architectural Drafting,Architecture

Additional Requirements:
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (latest version), SketchUp (must), 3D Studio Max, Lumion (must), Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Strong expertise in 3D visualization for interior and exterior projects.

  • Experience in creating 3D animations to support presentations.

  • Skilled in architectural drawing presentation, detailing, and preparation of working drawings for various projects.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and working drawings aligned with project requirements and organizational standards.

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, sections, elevations, and BOQs ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications.

  • Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations for design review, presentation, and management approval.

  • Collaborate with Civil, MEP, Structural, and Planning teams to deliver coordinated and integrated project solutions.

  • Support project execution teams by providing architectural clarifications and resolving design-related queries.

  • Review and validate vendor/shop drawings, material submissions, and samples to ensure consistency with approved design intent.

  • Conduct periodic site visits to assess progress, verify quality, and ensure compliance with approved drawings.

  • Prepare presentation materials, conceptual design boards, and technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and maintenance of drawing records in accordance with internal standards.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing design enhancements, optimizing workflows, and ensuring best practices in architectural work.
