Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Management, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Administration

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ General HR-Part-1-(Pre-Employment Process)-30%
∎ Make a Scoring Sheet/ShortListing and Approval List of Final Candidates for Selection Process
∎ Make Phone Call/SMS/EMAIL etc. to all candidates for appearing the selection process.
∎ Arrange required documents, Logistics & other belongings for Selection Process Session.
∎ Conduct the Selection Process (Written Test) in coordination with HRM & Development Coordinator.
∎ Prepare the post-selection process documents & Collect Approval for all the required documents from different Senior Staff member in the country office.
∎ Conduct a joining process for all new staff & maintain the required documents to PCF on or before reviewed & checked by HR management.
∎ Regularly Follow up staff attendance (Office timing) as well as maintain the access control system.
∎ Arrange required documents, Logistics, other belongings for an Induction session, in addition, to follow up the whole process.
∎ Communicate, Maintain & cooperate with external HR Vendor in relation with HR activities.
∎ General HR-Part-2-(Post-Employment Process):
∎ Communicate with all separated staff in term of collecting final payment cheque & archived accordingly.
∎ Prepare Experience certificates, Release Order.
∎ Follow up with the finance department in order to settle the final payment as early as possible.
∎ HR Achieving-25%
∎ Maintain Existing Staff/Consultant/Trainer Related all documents for Personal Confidential File (PCF).
∎ Monitor & Maintain Performance appraisal for every level of staff from HRIS & replace accordant to the PCF.
∎ Maintain the entire all the CV’s & the all the documents (Attendance Sheet/Long-Short Listed Matrix/Interview/Written Test/RC/HQS etc.) in relation with Staff/Consultant/Trainer recruitment & selection process.
∎ Collect, Process & maintain Staff medical prerequisite related documents.
∎ Maintain all the separated Staff/Consultant/Trainer Related all document for Personal Confidential File (PCF).
∎ Do Scan & Photocopy for all HR require Documents & Archive accordingly?
∎ Collect various HR related documents from all field office & Processed & maintained accordingly.
∎ Maintain attendance Sheet for Existing & Separated Staff/Consultant/Trainer.
∎ Maintain All Recruitment & Selection process documents which are in already archived.
∎ Do Any other documentation if required.
∎ General HR-Part-3-(Training/Workshop arrangement)-10%
∎ Arrange required documents, Logistics & other belongings for various level in house & out house training as per TNA.
∎ Responsible for all types of documentation in terms of TNA conducted by HRM & Development Coordinator.
∎ Responsible for all types of documentation & communication for training calendar, hire trainer/facilitator, arranging training, evaluating & impact assessment, reports which are prepared/conduct by HRM & Development Coordinator.
∎ Arrange required documents, Logistics & other belongings for Staff Farewell session, Staff Meeting & other workshops
∎ Others-15%
∎ Being a member of Islamic Relief Bangladesh as a child-friendly organization, it is the core responsibility and obligation of each and every staff member to understand and obey Islamic Relief Bangladesh Child Protection Policy and respond accordingly as and when required
∎ Do field visit in relation with HR activities regularly.
∎ Regular entry requires data in HRIS system & communicate with staff frequently for any other issues in line with HRIS.
∎ Do & maintain various types of reporting in relation to HR assigned by HRM & Development Coordinator.
∎ Submit HR payroll document to Finance for further course of action & maintain accordingly.
∎ Collect & Process all types of PF loan application.
