Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Complete registration of new artisans through mobile-based HSS software, issue ID cards and provide necessary administrative support for programme operation
∎ Complete HSS case confirmation and verification by visiting hospital/sub-centers/artisan’s house and collect proper documentation related to all HSS claims
∎ Conduct regular monitoring visits at production to provide refresher sessions to the artisans, and subsequently complete registration with beneficiary update
∎ Assist artisans of Ayesha Abed Foundation to open mobile banking accounts through official agent account
∎ Assist the HSS team to complete monthly reconciliation of benefit disbursement
∎ Coordinate enlistment of regional hospitals for HSS
∎ Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists and data entry including HSS field monitoring reports (after every visit)Monitor and coordinate ADI programme field operations
