Education:
A Bachelor's Degree from any reputed university
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (preferably in sample QC)
Any course on pattern making and CAD will be preferred
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in Microsoft Office
Receive requisition sheets along with samples from the Merchandising team, ensuring all required information is complete, accurate, and properly documented.
Prepare measurement charts in accordance with approved samples, design specifications, and technical instructions.
Support the CAD Operator and Consumption Master during pattern grading and fabric consumption calculation.
Coordinate with Designers and Pattern Masters to revise or update measurement charts as required.
Review and interpret designer instructions carefully to ensure accuracy and consistency in all measurement documentation.
Complete measurement chart preparation within the stipulated lead time following receipt of samples and requisitions.
Participate in coordination meetings with Designers, Pattern Masters, and merchandisers as needed.
Provide technical support to the Sample Quality Control (QC) team for pre-production (PP) sample approval.
Take responsibility for CAD patterns and all sample-related technical activities under the assigned scope.
Proactively recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor in line with organizational requirements.
