• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Ensure effective project execution through proper team structure planning, resource allocation, continuous training and development for wires/fastener product knowledge to the staff during project phase.
• Ensure continuous improvement in project deliverables and supporting functions to meet or exceed client expectations and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor the execution of project deliverables to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with customer and stakeholder requirements.
• Review project performance and progress reports regularly to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions for efficiency gains.
• Define and manage project workspace requirements (physical or digital), including infrastructure, software tools, and team environments needed for setting up the plant.
• Identify and implement best practices and industry trends in fastener project to optimize execution and drive higher profitability
• Provide guidance and technical direction to the project team on procuring machineries for wires/fastener product line.
