∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
∎ Any Reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look after overall activities of production and quality with minimum cost.
∎ To ensure and manage timely and accurately production of all orders through effective production planning.
∎ To analyze monthly production plan, sort out the loop holes and give necessary direction to achieve the goal .
∎ To ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of production wastage.
∎ To Motivate work force for achieving company's goal.
∎ To manage and administer effectively all the factory matters for uninterrupted production.
∎ To ensure the availability of skilled worker for smooth operation.
∎ Coordinate with Cutting to Packing department to ensure the set process sequencing without any failure.
∎ Coordinate with Work study, IE & Planning, Supply Chain department for smooth production.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
