- Minimum Bachelor from any recognized University and preference will be given to candidates who have additional training in Washing, Industrial Engineering or any other technical training related to RMG.

Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in ready made garment industry.
- Must be a team player.
- Must have certification on fire safety training.
- Should have training and adequate knowledge in fire fighting, fire prevention, first aid and evacuation.
- Should be able to demonstrate good physical fitness.
- Should be able to work under pressure from time to time.
- Experience in the RMG sector will be given preference.
- Computer literacy is a requirement and should be able to operate email, MS Word and MS Excel.
- Must have knowledge on RSC (Formerly ACCORD) and Nirapon (formerly Alliance) requirements on worker safety training.

Job Responsibilities:
- Management of woven tops + bottom lines.
- Prepare style wise bulletin.
- Production planning and achievement of targets as per SAM/SMV.
- Technical solutions to production team.
- Maintain DHU as per company’s Quality Policy.
- Collaborate with HAC Department to recruit and source workers.
- Worker motivation
- Ensure safety in the production floors.
