Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or MBA in Accounting/ Finance/ Management from any reputed university with 2nd class

∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review, modify and ensure that financial projections are accurate, realistic and cost effective and aligned with BRAC Strategy and overall goals
∎ Manage the Firm's foreign exchange interest rate exposure, and relationships with regulators, rating agencies and creditor
∎ Ensure fund availability for investment and support to ensure optimum return on investment and fund utilization through effective fund management and analyze related borrowing needs
∎ Lead to ensure that all financial information are accurate and on time and in adherence to local laws and regulation and compliance of regulatory and mandatory issues for following the country rules and regulation
∎ Providing support to Identify, assess and manage financial risks and monitor external market conditions and Liaison with company investors, bankers and senior managers
∎ Coordination with internal and external auditors, taking necessary corrective measures and replying audit reports
∎ Regularly review Procedure and financial reports, systems and structure to optimize efficiency and effectiveness and to ensure and consistency across the organization to strengthen the financial control system of BRAC
∎ Support the management of investment exposures and interest rate risk for the company
∎ Manage projects on aspects of time, budget, issues and risks of all project phases and deliverables applicable to the Finance to manage domain
∎ Analyse and oversee risk management, fiscal control and reporting, corporate accounting and taxation reporting
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years in relevant field where 2 years at treasury is required
∎ Experience in the following area (s): Accounts / Finance / Audit / Tax / VAT / Treasury is required
∎ Sound knowledge on Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Tax, VAT, Treasury Function
∎ Knowledge of International Accounting Standard (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
∎ Analytical ability and technical knowledge on financial management
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking and willing to work under pressure
∎ Should have good communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Sound knowledge on computer literacy
