Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Finalizing Budgetary assumptions from Top Management and the Board of Directors.Distributing and Collecting Deliverables templates to business units for input data.Use input data to prepare a Budget and Business Plan.Prepare Periodic Financial Variance reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly).Prepare MIS Report for Top Management and Board of Directors Review.Prepare Monthly Cash Flow Forecast.Maintain an effective relationship with the Banks and Financial Institutions and arrange funding for the Group as and when required. Manage and supervise the activities of the Commercial Team of the Group. Ensure appropriate control of the Supply Chain activities of the Group. Ensure compliance of Financial, procurement, and other policies and procedures across the Group. Supervise and manage the Tax & VAT-related activities of the GroupLead, supervise, and develop the accounting, budgeting, treasury, and commercial team of the Group. Ensure accurate project analysis for ongoing and new projects of the group
