∎ Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve operational objectives.

∎ Oversee customer service teams to maintain high standards of service delivery and satisfaction.
∎ Develop strategies to improve customer retention and resolve escalated complaints.
∎ Track and analyze operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate operations and customer service teams to achieve targets.
∎ Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and productivity.
∎ Foster a collaborative, innovative, and accountable work culture.
