∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
∎ Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems (SaleEx or similar).
∎ Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform a minimum of five sales calls per day to both new and existing clients.
∎ Visit existing customers regularly to retain business and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
∎ Engage with inactive customers to regain their business and renew contracts.
∎ Prospect and acquire new customers through regular visits and business development activities.
∎ Offer competitive rates to new prospects and assist in closing new business.
∎ Negotiate rates with both new and existing clients to secure business contracts.
∎ Prepare account profiles to ensure detailed and accurate customer records are maintained.
∎ Update clients on service developments to ensure they are aware of new offerings and improvements.
∎ Increase partial business and upsell additional services to maximize revenue.
∎ Maintain business growth by fostering long-term relationships and consistently expanding the customer base.
∎ Address service failures by meeting with clients and resolving issues promptly to maintain business relationships.
∎ Resolve long-pending issues with customers by coordinating with internal teams to find solutions.
∎ Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service issues are resolved and customer expectations are met.
∎ Update client visit outcomes and sales activities in the CRM system (SaleEx).
∎ Enter new customer information into the SaleEx system to ensure data accuracy.
∎ Prepare recommendations for rate approvals based on client negotiations and business needs.
