10–15 years in denim sewing production.
5+ years as AGM in a denim factory.
Direct experience handling AEO & Bestseller compliance, audits, and production standards will get preference.
Deep knowledge of denim production KPIs, cost control, and efficiency tools (e.g., Lean Manufacturing).
Leadership acumen to mentor 500+ sewing operators and line chiefs.
Fluency in Bengali and English; strong communication and crisis-management skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
We require a denim specialist to lead our sewing operations. You must possess:
Proven expertise in high-volume denim manufacturing.
Deep technical knowledge of denim fabrics, stitching, washes, and quality protocols.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor daily/weekly/monthly denim sewing production to meet shipment deadlines.
Ensure Brand’s quality standards, compliance protocols, and on-time delivery targets.
Lead supervisors, QC teams, and operators in high-pressure denim production lines.
Optimize SMV, efficiency (e.g., through modular setups), and productivity for denim-specific processes (e.g., heavy fabrics, complex stitching).
Coordinate with Cutting, Finishing, Washing, and IE teams to streamline denim workflows.
Troubleshoot bottlenecks (e.g., pocket setting, hemming, topstitching) and implement solutions.
Uphold safety, compliance (brand/audit), and ethical standards across the sewing floor.
Prepare detailed production reports with actionable insights for senior management.
