Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Daily Production.
∎ Capable to supervise overall activities of Production Department.
∎ Capable to coordinate and supervise of all the section and departments to attain maximum efficiency.
∎ Capable to prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Production schedule.
∎ Capable to introduce new innovative methods and technique to achieve higher productivity.
∎ Must be knowledge Sweater deviation.
∎ Manage and monitor on time production for shipment.
∎ Order quantity completion as per PO wise, style wise, color wise and reconciliation.
∎ Ensure shipments with zero defects as per buyer's instructions.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine & material to capitulate higher productivity.
∎ Capable to take Corrective and preventive action plant.
∎ Strong leadership skills
∎ Monitor finishing process and material management & ensure daily finishing production with appropriate quality;
∎ Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Educational Qualification will be considered up to HSC for vast experienced candidates.
Salary: Negotiable
