Job Context:
∎ Research and Analysis: Conducting research on financial products, investment opportunities, and market trends. This includes analysing various options to present recommendations to advisors.
∎ Financial Planning Support: Assisting in the creation of financial plans for clients by gathering necessary information, performing analyses, and creating reports.
∎ Documentation and Compliance: Preparing documentation for client meetings, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and plans.
∎ Client Communication: Liaising with clients to gather information, answer queries, and provide updates on the status of their financial plans or investments.
∎ Product and Investment Analysis: Assisting advisors in evaluating and recommending suitable investment products or strategies based on client goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
∎ Technical Support: Utilizing financial planning software and tools to create models, projections, and reports to aid advisors in presenting recommendations to clients.
∎ Problem-Solving: Addressing any complexities or issues that arise during the financial planning process and assisting in finding appropriate solutions for clients.
∎ Supporting Advisors: Collaborating closely with financial advisors to streamline their workflow, allowing them to focus on client relationships and strategic planning.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support our Financial Advisers and the Mortgage and Protection Adviser in the research, analysis, and submission of new protection and general insurance business.
∎ Liaise with lenders, insurance companies, solicitors, and clients to ensure requirements are met and applications are completed.
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
∎ Develop and maintain internal relationships.
∎ Undertake continuous professional development.
∎ Ensure that all business is conducted in a responsible and compliant manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Fluent in English speaking is mandatory.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
