Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Kaizen, SMV
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check all processes, correct SMV included in bulletin according to GSD
∎ Improve SMV by process improvement
∎ Follow up workload of sewing
∎ Make line proper balanced
∎ Take skill test of sewing department
∎ Implement and maintain EOS
∎ Save SMV by introducing new method
∎ Drive Kaizen culture
∎ Perform Gemba walk and conduct process audit
∎ Communicate with respective cross functional teams on corrective actions of any failure found in above processes

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent at reporting and presentation
∎ Multi Tasking ability with cross functional knowledge
∎ Good at solving problem
∎ Ability to accept feedback
