Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Food Technology/ Food Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set daily/weekly/monthly production target and communicate those to employees.
∎ Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
∎ Oversee production process.
∎ Reduce wastage of resources, minimize cost of production& improve efficiency of production.
∎ Keep the record of the batch, packing quantity, volume of powder, volume of seasoning oil, calculate the foil loss and keep record others production related data.
∎ Supervise the worker in the packing machine area.
∎ Take action when face any minor electrical problem such as heater changing, fuse changing, set the temperature controller etc. & try to solve any troubleshooting of machine.
∎ Take action to clean the machine and production area after production.
∎ Check production output according to specifications.
∎ Train new employees on safely use of machinery and its procedure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on Snacks Items i.e. Noodles, Pasta, Poppers, Crackers etc will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
