∎ Diploma in Engineering in Food Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set daily/ weekly/ monthly production target of semai Line and communicate those to the concerned employees.
∎ Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
∎ Oversee the entire production process of semai line.
∎ Reduce wastage of resources, minimize cost of production & improve efficiency of production.
∎ Supervise the worker in the packing area.
∎ Take action in case of any minor electrical problem such as heater changing, fuse changing, set the temperature controller etc. & try to solve any troubleshooting.
∎ Ensure the cleanliness of the machine and entire production area after production.
∎ Check production output according to the specifications.
∎ Train new employees on safety during the use of machinery and its procedure.

∎ Age at most 35 years
