• Monitor materials  transportation in association with the transport agent, security and escort team

• Maintain communications with plant, CNF agents, shipping agents, stevedores/berth operator / ship handling operators and transport agents.

• Track vehicles from loading to unloading to loading points through given format / method; raise flag against any pilferages or discrepancy.

• Maintain all types of  records for report submission.

• Oversee the safety compliance around the logistics operations, and arrange to report instantaneously regarding any violations of standards.

• Monitor vehicle utilization, and maintain record of vehicle downtime.

• Remain present during the draft survey and ensure appropriate calculations.

• Arrange hatch wise discharge plan in coordination with the concern officials.

• Follow up engagement of sufficient lighter vessels, vehicles, cranes and equipment to comply desired tonnage delivery.

• Assist in reconciling cargo quantities against BL, survey, and factory receiving records.

• Report incidents or irregularities such as cargo shortages, equipment failure, or delays to the supervisor.

• Arrange timely unloading of the loaded vehicles at all the factory in association with the respective yard.
