Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a paper mill or tissue plant production environment.

  • Hands-on experience with production processes, equipment operation and quality control within paper or tissue manufacturing.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Operate the tissue machine efficiently to ensure smooth, continuous and optimized production.

  • Apply recommended tissue production recipes and maintain required process parameters.

  • Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot operational issues and escalate abnormalities when needed.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed operational log sheets and process application reports.

  • Arrange and allocate manpower effectively to ensure smooth workflow throughout the shift.

  • Ensure proper deployment of skilled personnel to achieve operational and production efficiency.

  • Check, verify, and record the quality and condition of received materials and chemicals before use.

  • Follow daily, weekly and monthly production targets and ensure achievement of planned output.

  • Prepare daily production reports, including quantity, quality, and variances.

  • Prepare and maintain machine downtime reports, machine utilization reports, and consumption reports for materials, chemicals, and utilities.

  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean working environment in compliance with company standards.

  • Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, PPE usage, and safe machine operation guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols by all shift personnel.
