Additional Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a paper mill or tissue plant production environment.
Hands-on experience with production processes, equipment operation and quality control within paper or tissue manufacturing.
Responsibilities & Context:
Operate the tissue machine efficiently to ensure smooth, continuous and optimized production.
Apply recommended tissue production recipes and maintain required process parameters.
Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot operational issues and escalate abnormalities when needed.
Prepare and maintain detailed operational log sheets and process application reports.
Arrange and allocate manpower effectively to ensure smooth workflow throughout the shift.
Ensure proper deployment of skilled personnel to achieve operational and production efficiency.
Check, verify, and record the quality and condition of received materials and chemicals before use.
Follow daily, weekly and monthly production targets and ensure achievement of planned output.
Prepare daily production reports, including quantity, quality, and variances.
Prepare and maintain machine downtime reports, machine utilization reports, and consumption reports for materials, chemicals, and utilities.
Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean working environment in compliance with company standards.
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, PPE usage, and safe machine operation guidelines.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols by all shift personnel.
