Responsibilities & Context:
- Attend all Electrical and PLC Breakdowns and troubleshooting and problem analysis, solve and inform to Top level as require.
- Before installation and replacement in the production line all Electrical and Electronics types of equipment check and test.
- PLC Hardware replacement with damaged one.
- Inverter parameter setup and testing & commissioning with application motor.
- Preparing the Breakdown analysis report, Schedule and preventive maintenance report.
- Check all plant PLC parameters and report to the manager.
- Maintain all Electrical and PLC panels and Control as per instruction.
- Check spares' physical stock as per inventory.
- Preparing Electrical drawings (single line diagram, control diagram and panel diagram) and project file.
