Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Institution (BUET. KUET, CUET, RUET & DUET will get preference).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ New product design & development.
∎ Responsible for all machines, equipment & tools well maintained.
∎ Ensure maximum operational efficiency of the machineries.
∎ To check the daily schedule work and update reports to the project.
∎ Planning & scheduling of preventive maintenance of the mold.
∎ Check technical specifications of new mold and keep record of mold breakdown history with find out efficient way for sustainable repairing.
∎ Root cause analysis of mold breakdown and update with factory on daily mold maintenance report.
∎ Reserch and test design ideas to detarmine feasibility.
∎ Use of indigenous Material to reduce the excess cost of repairing.
∎ Undertake the project which may lead to savings on the overall budget.
∎ Monitor the manpower utilization, Material & equipment requirement for effectiveness & smooth operations.
∎ New product design & development as per requirement.
∎ To create BOM for the new product.
∎ To check & verify the user demand from factory/ plant end and execute the assigned work with the collaboration of the team leader/ Project Manager.
∎ Coordination with factory maintenance at relevant work.
∎ Utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis to formulate/support innovation.
∎ Check mechanical maintenance checklist what is maintained precisely or not
∎ Develop & implement SOP in an efficient way.
∎ Record keeping of Mechanical Spare Parts.
∎ Impart on-the-job training to the subordinate for skill up-gradation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office, Solid Works, 3DS Max, Auto CAD 2D & 3D.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance and total preventive maintenance.
∎ Must be self-motivating, self-starter, fast thinker, industrious, result oriented with 'Can Do' attitude.
∎ Able to work on own as well as being a team player.
∎ Intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours.
∎ Should be dynamic, able to manage team, and have Excellent Leadership Quality and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
∎ Have in-depth technical knowledge.
