Responsibilities & Context:
Shift Operations – Perform day and night rotation shifts to ensure continuous and seamless plant operations.
Machinery Supervision – Oversee installation, assembly, and commissioning of mechanical machinery and equipment.
Maintenance Planning – Develop, schedule, and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth plant functioning.
Inspection & Testing – Conduct routine inspection, testing, and replacement of parts for pumps, compressors, generators, conveyors, and other equipment.
Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
Documentation – Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance records and reports.
Supply Chain Coordination – Collaborate with the supply chain department to arrange required spare parts and materials.
Performance Monitoring – Monitor machinery performance during shifts, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
Safety Compliance – Adhere to HSE standards and ensure proper use of PPE across all maintenance and operational activities.
