• Diploma in Civil

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) : Concrete laboratory, Ready Mix Concrete.
• Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point and Email communication.
• Ability to manage people.

• Assist in conducting control activities and concrete testing at the plant and project site.

• Perform trial mixing under supervision and record all relevant data.

• Assist in conducting in-house materials testing as per instructions of QC Engineer and maintain a raw data sheets.

• Provide real-time information updates from the site to the laboratory regarding mix conditions and performance.

• Perform compressive strength tests and prepare detailed test reports.

• Collect concrete specimens from the site after the specified curing time.

• Coordinate submission of materials to third-party laboratories for external testing.

• Collect moisture content data, calculate free water, and confirm mix design.

• Communicate with the site engineer about slump issues.

• Maintain continuous communication with the site team for slump and other mix-related concerns.

• Check the slump at the site, prepare concrete cylinders, and collect them after 24 hours for testing.

• Record casting details and maintain daily site casting logs.

• Prepare and update a log sheet at the site for future reference and quality investigation.

• Support the technical team in crack repair analysis and solutions.
