• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any Reputed University.

• Minimum CGPA - 3.00

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age At most 40 years

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in Real Estate/Developer sector.

• The applicant should have experience in project management and civil engineering from Developer/Real Estate business.

• Should have sound computer proficiency especially Civil Engineering (Auto CAD, ETABS)

• Responsible for estimation of civil works and site supervision.

• Self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.

• Communication skills in English & Bangla will be an advantage.

• Ensure project construction work is carried out in accordance with drawing, design and work schedule. Estimation of Civil Work & Site Supervision

• Ensure quality of construction work as per approved drawing.

• Coordinate with Head office for smooth decision making

• Check the subcontractor bills.

• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications

• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.

• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.

• Check and ensure the quality of materials before use and control the wastage of materials and workmanship of each and every works at project.

• Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administrating contractor contracts.

• Any other task assigned by the supervisor related to role.
