• Atleast 4 years of experience in channel sales/ network development, preferably in Pump/ Tools/ Pipe/ Sanitary etc.

ACI Water Pump is hiring a marketing and sales operations professional for its water pump business who will focus on identifying potential markets, onboarding dealers/distributors, improving channel performance, and ensuring sustainable business growth by monitoring sales team. Major responsibilities are -

• Identify, evaluate and appoint new dealers/distributors in untapped and potential markets.

• Monitor the dealers’ performance, take corrective actions in underperforming territories and implement SOPs.

• Monitor and ensure dealer documentation, code activation, and order processes.

• Coordinate with sales teams to improve the sales performance.

• Work closely with finance, credit, distribution teams and ensure smooth dealer operations.

• Regular field visits to assess dealer operations and gather market insights.

• Prepare MIS reports on network growth, channel performance, and ROI and proper reporting to management.
