Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct local market research to understand customer preferences, buying behaviors, and competition within the immediate vicinity.
∎ Identify potential customer segments and develop strategies to target them effectively.
∎ Build strong relationships with local customers through personalized interactions, excellent customer service, and understanding their needs.
∎ Maintain a customer database and track customer preferences for more targeted marketing and outreach.
∎ Develop and implement promotional strategies, such as discounts, loyalty programs, and special events, to attract and retain local customers.
∎ Drive sales through effective product merchandising and visual presentation.
∎ Build relationships with local suppliers, distributors, and other businesses that could support the shop's growth and operations.
∎ Manage the shop's social media accounts and online listings to promote products, share updates, and engage with local customers.
∎ Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of different strategies and adjust as needed.
∎ Work closely with the shop owner or management to align business development efforts with the overall vision and objectives of the business.
∎ Job Context:
∎ Must Interested in Direct Sales and self-drive the Business as per Management requirements and instruction.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
