Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Preferably in commerce.
Job Context:
∎ To achieve sales target focusing new business under the guidance of Chief Business Officer
∎ Support team members in all aspects of the sales process and keep them accountable to achieve business target with values.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the target business recruitment through effective planning and setting appropriate goals.
∎ Lead a sales team with guidance. Follow up them regarding business development & supports.
∎ Regular visit in assigned Branches, monitor and potential client visit.
∎ Motivate team members to maintain a high-performance sales force.
∎ Meet with team members one-on-one weekly to review performance, progress, and targets.
∎ Developing new customers base through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
∎ Maintain relevant internal liaison to optimize business growth, retention & customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with the cross functional team in the business lines to support achievement.
∎ Reporting as needed for head of Individual Life and Management weekly and monthly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s) as UM and above position in reputed life insurance company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Life Insurance Sales & distribution in reputed Life Insurance companies (3 tier distribution model)
∎ Sales experience (Life Insurance) with proven leadership ability.
∎ Excellent communication & analytical skills.
∎ Team Player & Good time-management skills.
∎ Working knowledge of MS Office.
Salary: Negotiable
